Outdoor Fly Control in Highland

Source-Based Fly Treatment for Patios, Decks & Backyards

Garbage, standing water, and decaying organic material can support rapid breeding. Highland’s humid continental climate and hot summers also contribute to predictable seasonal activity during late spring and summer. Treating the source can reduce pest pressure where people cook, eat, play, and gather outdoors.

We provide Outdoor Fly Control that addresses breeding sources instead of focusing solely on the flies already circling your patio, deck, or backyard. Our licensed professionals assess each property and place traps according to the fly activity and conditions they observe.

How Property-Specific Trap Placement Works

Effective trap placement starts with the property itself. Our licensed professionals look for likely fly breeding sources, activity patterns, and suitable trap locations rather than applying a one-size-fits-all layout.

Our trap-based process includes:

• Property-specific positioning: Traps are placed according to what our licensed professionals observe in the yard.
• Measured placement: Each trap is positioned 4 to 6 feet above ground and 30 to 50 feet from the home.
• Attractive bait: The traps use bait designed to attract and capture flies.
• Visible captures: clear trap casings allow you to see the captured flies.
• Discreet setup: inconspicuous placement helps maintain a clean-looking outdoor space.

Flexible Service With a Service Guarantee

Outdoor Fly Control comes with no long-term commitments. You can keep the service for as long as it works for your property, or cancel before the next visit.

Every treatment also includes our service guarantee. If flies return between visits, we come back, reassess the property, and retreat it at no additional charge. This follow-up gives our licensed professionals an opportunity to review changing activity and property conditions.
