Mosquito Authority is great at customer service
Mosquito Authority is great at customer service and the technician, Michael G, whom we are pleased to have had for more than a year, is super! He has proved to be dependable and kept us informed as needed. Last year was just about mosquitoes, but this year we discovered scores of carpenter bees in our yard and threatening our house. Mosquito Authority and Michael responded rapidly with Michael spraying the bees promptly and following up quickly by patching holes from the bees (hard places for an old guy like me to access). Michael says there is no sign of further trouble from the bees but I can request a free home inspection if I have any concerns. What a relief! Thanks, Michael & Mosquito Authority!
PS: Now a month later, there’s no sign of carpenter bees (or mosquitoes). Great work, Michael!
