Recently, one of our longtime team members, Dan, was working on a persistent mosquito problem at a customer’s home. The property had been treated, but something wasn’t right.

So he kept looking.

Eventually, Dan crawled approximately 30 feet underneath an extremely low deck, where he discovered hidden standing water breeding mosquitoes.

That’s what solving a pest problem looks like to us.

Our technicians also aren’t working alone. When they encounter something unusual, they have an experienced local team behind them to help identify the cause and determine the best solution.

Many of the people leading our Raleigh operation today started in frontline roles and grew with our company.

Pete Hawkins, Marguerite Horan, Dan Moore, Heather Beach and Jennifer Cummings have each been with us for more than 10 years, and many other members of our team have been here for five years or longer.

Today, our local operation includes approximately 25 team members, serves around 5,000 customers each year, and has completed approximately 500,000 treatments.

We’re proud of how much we’ve grown. But we’re more proud that the principles behind the company haven’t needed to change.
