No matter who shows up to service our properties, they are always kind, courteous, and respectful. Some of my properties have keys, locks, and gates. They always return my properties to how they were before (closing gates, locking doors, returning keys). But now to the important part, mosquitoes… 100% worth every single penny. Our outdoor living spaces are typically mosquito-free, or down to just maybe 1–2 bites. But we never get swarmed by mosquitoes anymore. And having a family who is allergic to these types of bites just means that I know they are much more safe because of these services. Thank you, Mosquito Authority, for keeping our homes safer.

We wanted to share our experience with Mosquito Authority. We were selling our house when the buyer’s inspector noticed a small area with signs of termites. Osca was able to inspect inside and out the same day we contacted him. Thankfully, the problem area was very small. He promptly provided two treatment options: one area-specific and another that included area-specific treatment and a whole-house perimeter (a long-term solution). Rather safe than sorry, we opted for the long-term solution. All work was completed the same day. Now the sale is back on track, and our home is fully protected. Fantastic work. Highly recommended.
