I didn’t know I would have this opportunity to write about my experience since I wrote about everything in my survey. We have had nothing but exceptional service from Matt and his business, Mosquito Authority! He does extra sprays for us when needed and is such a great guy and only hires professional staff. He always makes sure his customers are happy. We have NEVER been disappointed with their service and would recommend without a doubt to anyone looking to hire a mosquito service. His business is a family business, so he understands the other side of things. We were hurting during COVID when our petsitting business was really hurting and about to cancel. He talked to us and offered a trade in services: we pet sit for him and he sprays our yard! How could I say no to that! He never went away, but he never came to bug (no pun intended) us about the money, even when I would call him to tell him I’m sorry I still don’t have it! That is a company, a man, husband, and father you want to stand behind, in my opinion! If you don’t agree with me, then you’re nuts! If you’re not happy with your spray for whatever reason, you can call and he will come back and spray for free! You have to remember, if it rains that is a tough one, but still, all you have to do is call him. I can’t say enough. I could write about our experience forever and about Matt forever, but I’ll end it here! We have been customers for, I think, 7 years, maybe more! We are customers for as long as we live here! Thanks, Mosquito Authority and Matt, for all that you do!!!

Mosquito Authority may be my all-time favorite service provider. Matt treated my yard within 16 hours of me asking to set up service. Chris texts before he arrives, as requested. Not everyone is as responsive to my requests and I really appreciate how this business is run!
