Vance and team have been great. We have a HORRIBLE mosquito and midge fly problem, but that comes with living near a lake. We learned about Mosquito Authority through the Lake County Home Show at the Lake County Fairgrounds. We’ve renewed our service two years now. It’s tough because our neighbors don’t treat their homes, so there’s only so much we can do with our Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled repelling system and serial spraying of treatment. Otherwise, we have no complaints about the service with Mosquito Authority.

I am so grateful for Mosquito Authority. They always show up when they say they will. One month we had a problem with mosquitoes coming back. I called them and immediately they came out and sprayed again, and we’ve never had another problem. Very happy with their service, especially since we have dogs that hang out in the backyard. This is my second year to have Mosquito Authority out to our house. It’s been delightful to be outside and not get bit up. Our dogs love to be able to go all the way out back. I reached out to Mosquito Authority after a bad experience I had with a different company. Garrett reached out to me and explained the options available. My biggest concern was that the treatments would be delayed or treatments would not be applied, as that had been my experience with the company I was using before. Garrett was able to assure me that those incidents would not happen, as they notify their customers a day before they are scheduled to come out. I can confidently say that since my treatments started in June, I have had no issues. Techs arrive on their scheduled date and have done a fantastic job. I could not be happier. Although I was skeptical at first, I am happy that I made the decision to move forward with Mosquito Authority. Thank you, Garrett and all your team, for being responsible and professional. We are using this service at both of our houses. Their communication keeps you updated on when they are coming and when they have completed the service. They pay attention to the details of your property. When you call in to discuss, Garret pulled our info up so he knew what you are speaking about. They came back out the same day I asked for a respray. He asked for info on where and when did the mosquitos appear. I value their attention to the details. They want to provide the best service to you. I would highly recommend using their services!

Very happy with the Mosquito 🦟 Authority. We started using them when we had a rodent infestation in our basement. I caught a dozen mice before my wife made me call. They did a thorough inspection and found an entry point where we had a new air conditioner installed. We just started using them for mosquito control as well. We back to a pond and I’m amazed at how well their spraying works. Highly recommend Garret and his team.
