What Is An Automated Mosquito Misting System?

An automated mosquito misting system is a permanent network of discreet nozzles installed around your property that mists a fine spray of product several times a day. The system targets mosquitoes where they live and rest, helping interrupt the mosquito breeding cycle so populations do not have a chance to build up between service visits.

At Mosquito Authority of Collierville, TN, your system is programmed to mist automatically 2 to 3 times per day, so you do not have to remember appointments or pull out a handheld sprayer. The result is hands-off protection that fits how your family actually uses the yard, from the patio to the pool.

Why Homeowners Choose Our Misting Systems

West Tennessee summers bring mosquito pressure from early spring through late fall, and periodic spray-only programs can leave gaps in coverage. A permanent system is designed to protect you during the entire season, even on the hottest, muggiest days.

Every automated mosquito misting system we install is backed by our No Mosquitoes. Guaranteed. promise. If mosquitoes return between scheduled visits, we will come back and retreat at no extra charge. You also get our limited warranty that will cover all parts and hardware on the system for life, so your investment is protected as long as the system is installed.

Smartphone-Controlled Convenience

With our smartphone-controlled pest control, you stay connected to your system wherever you are. You can adjust cycle times and misting schedules directly from your phone, start an on-demand mist before you step outside, or pause the system when you are away.

Leak detection and agitation notifications go straight to your smartphone so potential issues are spotted early. That means less downtime, more consistent nozzle placement and perimeter coverage, and fewer surprises.

Safety-Focused Treatments And Flexible Service

We use EPA-approved treatments safe for children and pets once dry, applied by licensed technicians who follow label directions and best practices. You get the benefit of professional-grade products without having to store or handle them yourself.

You also have no long-term commitments. Our service runs every 21 days, and you can cancel before your next scheduled visit if your needs change. Pricing is based on linear footage, so your quote reflects the actual coverage required for your yard, not a one-size-fits-all flat rate.

Local Technicians, Local Conditions

Mosquito Authority of Collierville, TN serves homeowners in Collierville, the Memphis area, and across Shelby County. Our team understands how Shelby County mosquito season ramps up with warm, humid weather and how local features like wooded lot edges, drainage swales, and dense landscaping can turn into mosquito hot spots.

All treatments are EPA-approved and applied by licensed professionals who complete Mosquito Authority corporate’s certification program. During your free inspection, your technician walks the property to identify mosquito congregation zones, breeding areas, and harborage sites before recommending a system layout tailored to your yard.

Mosquito Authority has been providing mosquito and pest control services since 2002, and Mosquito Authority of Collierville, TN brings that experience to every automated system installation in our community.

How Our Automated Misting Systems Work

Your system is built around a circuit of fine-mist nozzles placed where mosquitoes actually rest and travel on your property, such as along fence lines, shrub beds, and around outdoor living spaces. We install components to blend with your landscaping so protection is there without taking away from your yard’s appearance.

The system mists automatically 2 to 3 times per day on a schedule designed to maintain consistent protection. On-demand misting is available from your smartphone when you want an extra cycle before a cookout or evening on the patio, without waiting for a technician visit.

Fine-mist nozzles disperse an EPA-registered solution that targets adult mosquitoes and helps disrupt egg-laying, working against multiple stages of the mosquito breeding cycle. Properties with standing water, drainage challenges, or dense vegetation benefit from this consistent, automated coverage that does not depend on your schedule.

Our 4-Step Service Process

Identify Your Problem
We talk with you about where mosquitoes are worst, how you use your yard, and what you want to be able to do outside without constantly swatting bugs.

Inspect Your Property
A licensed technician conducts a free inspection, walking the yard to locate mosquito hot spots, shaded areas, and potential breeding sites. This inspection shapes the nozzle placement and perimeter coverage plan.

Treat Your Property
We design and install your automated mosquito misting system based on the inspection, then program the misting schedule for your property and preferences. We also explain how to use your smartphone controls.

Return on a 21 Day Cycle
We return every 21 days for recurring maintenance and refill service, checking nozzles, refilling the tank, and confirming that your system is running at full capacity. You do not have to manage refills, nozzle checks, or diagnostics on your own.
