Started with great customer service on the phone to a very informative technician. We used Mosquito Authority for the first time this week for a large outdoor party we were having. We were hoping for any improvement on the amount of mosquitos. We were extremely happy with the results! We were outside all day and into late night and had no issues with mosquitos. Mosquito Authority always does a great job inspecting the property for standing water to make sure mosquitoes don't have areas to spawn and identifying problem areas. I was busy on the phone working. He noticed I was on a call and just let me know through the window that he noticed I was busy and he would go on without needing me to come to the door, which was great because if he knocked I’d have to drop the call and my dog would have gone crazy. I appreciated that he saw me busy and understood. He even came by and gave a friendly wave goodbye when he was finished. Just very friendly!
