I am amending my review, because my original review was tech-dependent. The company themselves have given us back our backyard in a very challenging lakeside area. The reason my original review was so low is because, unfortunately, the service does depend upon the technician’s competence, and my rating was for that specific technician. The company will always make sure and send out a remedial service and make sure you are satisfied.

My first service with this company.
Desmand was my technician today. He arrived within the stated time window. He explained everything he was doing in a polite and informative manner. They use something akin to a leaf blower to spray their chemicals as opposed to a squirting device.
Everything went well for the first visit.
