What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy that there is always something new to learn in this industry. Every pest issue brings a different challenge, and I enjoy problem-solving to find the right solution for our customers. I also take pride in developing our team and helping them become better at what they do. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is hearing from customers that we took the time to understand their problem and were able to succeed when others couldn’t.

How long have you worked here / in the pest control industry? I started in the pest control industry in 1990 and have had the opportunity to experience nearly every side of the business. Over the years, I have worked as a technician, salesperson, supervisor, sales manager, service manager, branch manager, business owner, and market sales director. Those experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of the industry and what it takes to provide great service to our customers.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and experiencing new places. I especially enjoy finding the places where the locals eat and trying something new. When I’m home, you can usually find me catching up on the latest Food Network or comedy show or spending time with my Cavapoo puppy, Willow.

What do you enjoy about your job? I love being able to help people solve their problems. It’s very satisfying knowing that the work we do can make a difference for our customers. I also really enjoy continuing to learn more about the pest control industry. There’s always something new to discover!

How long have you worked here / in the pest control industry? I’ve worked here and been in the pest control industry for a little over four years.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? In my spare time, I love reading and doing genealogy research. I’m also a big fan of watching TV shows—it’s one of my favorite ways to relax! Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family and my pets.

What do you enjoy about your job? I really enjoy interacting with my customers and building relationships with them. It’s rewarding to know that the work I do helps give our customers peace of mind by helping keep their homes pest-free.

How long have you worked here / in the pest control industry? I have been working in the pest control industry for 2½ years. During that time, I’ve enjoyed continuing to learn and gaining experience while helping our customers with their pest control needs.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? Outside of work, I’m a very active outdoorsman and spend most of my free time outside. I especially enjoy fishing and riding ATVs with my friends.

What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy building strong relationships with my customers and getting to know their individual needs. Taking their pest problems personally motivates me to do my best work and make sure they’re taken care of. I also love working outdoors—it’s my happy place, and I get a lot of peace and satisfaction from the work I do.

How long have you worked here / in the pest control industry? I have been working in the pest control industry for four years and counting. I continue to enjoy learning, growing, and gaining experience along the way.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and embracing the small-town lifestyle. It’s a way of life that I truly enjoy and wouldn’t trade for anything.

What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy being able to get out and work in the field instead of being stuck behind a counter all day. I like having a job that keeps me moving and gives me something different to do each day.

How long have you worked here / in the pest control industry? I have been working here and in the pest control industry for about two years, maybe a little more. During that time, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience helping take care of our customers.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy spending most of my free time with my family. After a day at work, being able to relax and spend time with them is what I enjoy most.
