Misting & LIV Mosquito Repellent Systems in St. Louis

Choose Scheduled Misting or On-Demand Protection for Your Outdoor Spaces

Recurring mosquito activity can drive you away from patios, decks, pools, play areas, and other parts of your yard. We offer two installed options for homeowners who want protection beyond periodic yard treatments: an Automatic Mosquito Misting System and a LIV Smart Mosquito Repellent System.

A licensed technician walks your property, evaluates the yard’s layout and conditions, and recommends a system based on the spaces you want to use. The choice depends on whether you prefer scheduled treatment across covered areas or on-demand repellent zones around specific gathering places.

Protection Beyond the Standard 21-Day Treatment Cycle

Both systems extend outdoor mosquito control beyond the standard 21-day treatment cycle. We handle installation, service, and maintenance, so you aren’t left to manage the equipment alone. Each option is backed by our service guarantee. If mosquitoes return, we provide a no-charge retreatment.

Automatic Mosquito Misting System

An Automatic Mosquito Misting System uses a nozzle circuit installed throughout the property to treat covered areas on a recurring schedule. The system automatically disperses treatment two to three times daily. Nozzle placement reflects the property layout and the outdoor living areas being treated.

The system gives homeowners practical control over recurring treatment:

• Smartphone management: Adjust treatment timing from your phone.
• Schedule control: Pause the system during vacations or respond to changes in mosquito activity.
• Recurring coverage: Treat multiple covered areas automatically instead of activating individual zones.
• Ongoing care: Monthly maintenance service keeps the system running at full performance.

LIV Smart Mosquito Repellent System

The LIV Smart Mosquito Repellent System creates on-demand repellent zones around the outdoor areas you’re using. It isn’t a misting system. Instead, an installed Smart Hub powers and controls up to five repellers through low-voltage plug-and-play cables. Each repeller covers a 20-foot diameter zone around spaces such as patios, decks, pools, and play areas. Heat-activated repellent begins working within minutes of activation.

Control and monitoring are available through the LIV+ app:

• Phone-based control: Activate the system from your phone.
• On-demand scheduling: Set protection for the times you plan to be outside.
• System notifications: Receive low-repellent alerts through the app.
• Connected operation: Manage all repellers through one Smart Hub.

Once installed, the LIV system is designed to run year after year without additional setup from the customer.

Which System Fits Your St. Louis Property?

The right option depends on how you use your yard. If you regularly use several covered areas, you may prefer automated misting. If you gather around a patio, pool, or play area at particular times, app-controlled repellent zones may better fit your routine.

We serve homeowners throughout St. Louis and surrounding service areas, including Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, and Fenton. During the property assessment, a licensed technician reviews the areas you want covered, recommends an appropriate system, handles installation, and explains the controls and scheduling.
