He Was Outstanding and Very Good at His Job
My neighbor recommended Mosquito and Pest Authority so I thought I’d give them a try and schedule an appointment. They came early this morning and as a new customer it wasn’t what I expected. The young man showed up and began to tell me how he was extremely overwhelmed today and it was much too hot to work outside today. He decided the best thing for him to do is to get back in his car and drive off. I called their office to let them know what happened with full intentions of going elsewhere with my business. The service manager Brian answered and delivered the save of the century. After speaking with him for a while I agreed to allow him the chance to come back and redeem himself from the original unfortunate service I received. Turns out I’m glad I did. He was outstanding, listened, knowledgeable, helpful and very good at his job. Sometimes second chances work out.
