Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority Are Coming Together

|

For many customers, Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority have already been connected.

In many markets, the same local owner has operated both brands, one focused on mosquito, fly and tick control, and the other focused on household and structural pest control. Customers may have known them as two separate companies, even though they were supported by the same local team. Now, that connection is becoming more visible.

Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority are moving toward a combined dual-brand presence designed to make it easier for customers to understand the full range of services available from their local provider.

What Is Changing?

The biggest change is how the brands show up in the market.

Rather than presenting Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority as two completely separate businesses, participating locations will begin presenting a more unified brand experience that reflects the fact that one local team may provide both mosquito and pest control services.

Customers may begin seeing both brands represented together across:

  • Vehicles and technician uniforms
  • Local marketing materials
  • Digital advertising
  • Social media
  • Websites and online listings
  • Customer communications
  • Local signage and community events

The goal is to make the relationship between the two brands clearer and make it easier for customers to understand everything their local provider can offer.

Under the new dual-brand approach, that local connection will become much more apparent. Instead of customers having to figure out whether they should call Mosquito Authority or Pest Authority, participating locations can present a broader, more connected approach to protecting both the home and yard.

Is Mosquito Authority Going Away?

No. We will have some locations operating as Mosquito Authority only and will continue to be an important part of the business and represent the mosquito, fly and tick expertise customers know. The change is that customers that are serviced by owners operating both Mosquito and Pest will increasingly see the brands presented together, reflecting the way many locations already operate today.

What Does This Mean for Current Customers?

For current customers, the most noticeable change may simply be seeing the two brands together more often. Your local ownership and service team are already the same people you know today. What will become clearer is the broader range of services that team is be able to provide. A Mosquito Authority customer who also needs household pest control may discover that their existing local provider can help.

What Will Stay the Same?

While the brand presence is evolving, many of the things customers value are not changing.

Participating locations will continue to focus on:

  • Local service
  • Professional technicians
  • Responsive customer care
  • Reliable mosquito and pest control solutions
  • Recommendations based on the needs of the property

The change is primarily about making the relationship between the two brands easier to recognize and understand.
