1. ELIGIBILITY

The Take Back Your Yard Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), who: (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry; (ii) own or lease a residential property with an outdoor living space (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and (iii) reside within a participating Mosquito Authority or Pest Authority service area (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor (defined below) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on July 3, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The time of entries and the Sweepstakes Period shall be determined by Sponsor’s timekeeping systems, which are the official timekeeper of this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the online entry form accessed through a link provided in Sponsor’s social media post(s) at: https://www.mosquito-authority.com/summer-sweepstakes/. Complete the entry form as directed, including providing your full name, valid email address, mailing address, telephone number, and any other information requested. All information must be truthful and complete. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

Illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate entries are void. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or other automated means, or that employ any other unfair methods of entry, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant whose entry appears to be fraudulent or is the result of automated or mechanical submission.

In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address identified on the entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the relevant entity responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize (1): One (1) outdoor grill (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000); two (2) custom Adirondack-style chairs (ARV: $800); one (1) hard cooler (ARV: $600); and one (1) Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority Total Yard Bundle one-year service package from a participating local franchise (ARV: $1000). The brands, models, colors, features, and selection of the prizes are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total ARV of Grand Prize: approximately $3,400.

Second Prize (1): One (1) Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority Total Yard Bundle one-year service package from a participating local franchise (ARV: $1000).

Third Prizes (2): One (1) Mosquito Authority Branded Merchandise Swag Packs (ARV: $200).

All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Federal, state, provincial, municipal, and local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees and expenses not listed above as specifically included as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. An IRS Form 1099 or other tax-related forms and documents may be issued by Sponsor if required by law.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner, one (1) potential Second Prize winner, and five (5) potential Third Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 15, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All selections are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Any potential winner who is a resident of Canada will be required to first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor as a condition of being declared a winner and receiving any prize.

If any process fails to operate properly or appears to be tampered with or tainted with errors, fraud or unfair practices, Sponsor reserves the right to use another means to determine the winner(s), e.g., convene a qualified judging panel to determine qualifying entries. All entries are subject to verification.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via email, telephone, or other contact information available to Sponsor (such method within Sponsor’s sole discretion) within five (5) business days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond within seven (7) days, fails to complete any required documentation, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Any potential winner who is a resident of Canada must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor as a condition of being declared a winner.

To claim any prize, Sponsor may require winner(s) to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release, and other applicable documents (which may require a social security number or equivalent), within seven (7) days of notification or the potential prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its affiliates to use such entrant’s entry information and answers, name, likeness, city, state/province of residence, photographs, video, and statements for promotional, advertising, and trade purposes in any media, now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available athttps://www.mosquito-authority.com/privacy-policy/). By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information provided may be used by Sponsor and participating Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority franchisees for marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in any such communication or by contacting Sponsor directly.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, misconduct, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or who acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries; (b) any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunctions of computer hardware or software, telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or any combination thereof; (d) the failure of any entry or other communication to be received, captured, or recorded for any reason; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY; NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates, participating Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority franchise locations, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; (b) receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any prize-related activity or travel; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communications line failure; and (f) personal injury (including death), property loss or damage, or any other loss or damage of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising from or related to this Sweepstakes or any prize.

12. GOVERNING LAW & MANDATORY ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising under this Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules will be governed by the internal laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Sponsor and each entrant agree that: (1) any claim or dispute related to this Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules (including the applicability of this arbitration clause) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its rules and procedures in effect when the claim is filed; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (4) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER; NO AFFILIATION

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform or any other named or depicted people or entities other than Sponsor. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

15. WINNERS LIST
